ETD Shipping Options:
LCL:
LCL stands for (Less Container Load), a delivery method where one cubic meter (35 cubic feet) is shipped by surface shipping methods. Delivering shipments to the nearest port of customs, when it is moved to thebonded warehouse where the customer must eitherpick up the shipment or make arrangements for the shipment of goods to be picked up by a customs broker.
When using the LCL shipping option customers are responsible for customs clearance of hiring a customs broker to do this clearance for them.
When shippinglarge orders and items that are heavy LCL is by far the best way to move items, especially when purchasing our Teak Furniture. As LCL shipping is based primarily on volume with a minimum shipment volume of one cubic meter.
Note: Other things affect the calculation of LCL shipping costs:
1. All orders need to be insured, insurance for LCL shipments is calculated at a rate of 3% of the cost of the goods.
2. Document and Export Fees are added to the shipping cost per order not per cubic meter
3. The maximum weight of a cubic meters goods can not exceed 350KG's, if your order exceeds this weight we will need to re-calculate shipping rates based on weight and not volume.
Containers: Usually refered to FCL
Containers are large metal boxes that are used for transporting large quantities of goods all around the globe by truck and or ship.
There are three container sizes that we use.
20 foot containers that hold 30 cubic meters worth of goods (1,050 cubic feet)
40 foot containers that hold 60 cubic meter worth of goods (2,100 cubic feet)
40 foot high cube that holds 74 cubic meters worth of goods (2,590 cubic feet)
Container delivery cost depend on the following:
- What size container is used
- Destination
- The availability at the time of booking
- Type of products

Express Services (EMS, DHL, FedEx, etc...):
We have the options to use Express Mail Service (EMS) offered by Thailands Post Office, DHL and Federal Express from Thailand.

Air Frieght:
Airline Air Freight is a shipping option that we utilize to deliver shipments from Chiang Mai and Bangkok Thailand to foreign International Airports. This usually takes Air Freight anywhere from 3-4 days to arrive to your nearest international airport for delivery.
Goods that are shipped by Airline Air Freight are only delivered to the given airport where the customer must make pick up.
Airline Air Freight is calculated on a decreasing scale. In other words asyou ship more the cost per Kilogram goes down, thus the weight you pay is less per kilo or pound to ship. There is a 45 kilo minimum shipment weight Airline Air freight shipments. There is no maximum weight requirements for Airline Air Freight.

FOB:
The prices listed on our website are not FOB, they are ex-factory only, shipping and packing charges are not included. We can offer FOB services if interested please let us know by sending us a request for FOB services.
Exporting Process:
Is very easy and straight forward once all the documents are put together once we have produced all your products. We will stage your items in preperation for shipment in a secure location and depending on your choice of shipping methods. We will work with you and shipping companies to expedite your product to your location world wide.
